About Our Courses
Our Nanny and Au Pair Training Courses have been designed based on latest child research and the Montessori pedagogy for the early years. Our Montessori Nanny Courses give your nanny the confidence and skills to create fun and educative Montessori activities for your child while applying positive education methods.
We want to help you to be fully confident that your child is happy, creative and exploring new skills when staying with your nanny.
What is unique about our courses:
- Our training courses are tailored for nannies in various contexts. Independent of their educational level, we engage them in hands-on learning with little theory and lots of practice.
- We concretely teach nannies how to set up a Montessori-inspired environment using every-day household and recycled materials that foster independence, exploration, and security.
- Your nanny benefits from practical on-the-job training allowing your nanny to directly implement what she is learning in her work with your child and to get individual feedback from us.
- Nannies learn in small groups and across borders and benefit from each other's experience. This is an extra boost to their motivation.

The 3 key principles of the courses
Practical Learning
The training engages nannies in hands-on learning and implementing activities in their work with the children on a daily basis from day one of the training.
Daily follow-up and encouragement
A mix of training sessions and group reflections, concrete tasks and challenges to implement each week creative learning activities and daily personalized coaching on homework questions and results hold the nannies accountable for their own learning.
Usage of natural and recycled materials
In view of sustainability and the feasibility of all activities in different contexts of each country, all the activities taught can be done with natural and recycled materials available around you.
