We start with a live call where your Au Pair connects with Maria and other participants. This ensures they understand the course structure, feel supported, and motivated from day one.
MODULE 1 – Welcome to Montessori & Family Life
Your Au Pair learns what Montessori really means and how to step into her role with clarity. She’ll understand your expectations and how to become a confident, trusted part of family life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, it is. This training includes self-paced learning modules that can be done wherever you are based and at the participant’s pace. In addition, the course offers a personal accompaniment, follow-up and coaching through live-calls and an active learning group.
We currently offer the training only in English. If you are interested to do the training in French or German, please reach out and we will see how we can best support you.
Yes, upon the completion of the course and the final quiz, your Au Pair will receive a soft copy of a certificate of participation.
The course includes a module on safety and hygiene. However, this is not a first aid training. We recommend your babysitter to get a separate first aid training, for example through your local Red Cross.
